I am Jeanette. I live in Chicago and in recent years I have had a tummy tuck and also lip Juvederm injections and Botox. I have been seeing Dr. Michael Horn for various procedures for the past five to six years. Dr. Horn makes the procedures go so smoothly and always makes sure that you are at complete ease and comfortable with all that happens in the office and his followup the next day and the following days are impeccable. The facility here at Dr. Horn’s office is just beautiful and I have recommended many people to see him for various surgeries and procedures. In fact my own sister, Evelyn, has been to see Dr. Horn on several occasions and we are both just thrilled with the results and all that he has done for both of us. It has been so wonderful and it has really changed my life in terms of how I feel, how I look, and how I perceive others see me, not only in my work but in my social life and my personal life as well.
